Choose concealed cabinet hinges for an unobtrusive cabinet fixing. This heavy-duty cabinet hinge is manufactured to achieve high levels of strength. Constructed using steel and zinc alloy, and finished in nickel plate, the concealed door hinge offers maximum durability.  The fixing features an easy clip-on installation design and is offered sprung or unsprung in 3 types: inset, half overlay and overlay wooden hinges.

The concealed door hinge is suitable for the following applications:

• Door thickness: 18-30mm
• Door width: 800mm max for 2 hinges & 900mm max for 3 hinges
• Max door height: 2400mm
• Load capacity: 25kg for 2 hinges & 40kg for 3 hinges

Sprung versions of the concealed hinges benefit from self-closing (not soft close). All fixings are supplied with a mounting plate J95-P6T. Additionally, the heavy-duty cabinet hinge features a 3-way adjustment:

• Horizontal -4mm/+0mm
• Vertical -3mm/+3mm
• Depth 2.5mm/+1.5mm
